Will my order be packaged discreetly?

Yes, absolutely. All orders are shipped in neutral, unprinted boxes. The package and shipping label will not show any indication of the content or the shop name SilikonLust. A neutral description will also appear on your bank statement.

Can I see the sender on the package?

The sender is a neutral address with no brand reference. Neither neighbors nor family members can infer the contents from the packaging.

Is delivery to a packing station possible?

Yes, we deliver to DHL packing stations throughout Germany upon request. Simply enter your packing station address at checkout.

How is my personal data protected?

What material are your products made of?

All our products are made of 100% platinum silicone – the safest material for sex toys. It is skin-friendly, hypoallergenic, odorless, and contains no plasticizers (phthalates). Unlike cheap TPE or PVC, platinum silicone is non-porous and can be completely sterilized.

What is the difference between platinum silicone and cheap silicone?

Cheap silicone often contains fillers and plasticizers that can leach out over time. Platinum silicone is medically tested, dimensionally stable, and retains its properties permanently. It is the same material class used in medical implants.

Are your products suitable for beginners?

How intense is the feeling compared to other materials?

Which lubricants are compatible with your products?

Only use water-based lubricants. Silicone-based lubricants can attack the surface of silicone products and permanently damage their texture.

Care & Cleaning

How do I clean my product correctly?

Platinum silicone is easy to clean with warm water and mild soap. Products without electronics can also be sterilized in the dishwasher (top rack, without detergent) or with boiling water. Dry the product completely before storing it.

How do I best store my product?

Store silicone products separately in a cloth bag or original packaging. Direct contact between two silicone products can affect the surface over time.


Ordering & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders within Germany are usually delivered within 2–4 business days. EU-wide deliveries take 3–7 business days. You can find more details in our shipping policy.

From what order value is shipping free?

Please check our current shipping cost regulations at checkout – these may vary depending on the promotional period.

Can I track my order?

Yes. After shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly with the shipping service provider.

Do you also deliver to other EU countries?

Yes, we deliver to all EU countries and many other countries worldwide. Available delivery destinations and shipping costs will be shown at checkout.


Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Can I return a product?

According to German consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. For hygienic reasons, opened products can only be returned if there is a defect. Unopened goods can be returned without giving reasons. Details can be found in our return policy.

What do I do if my product is defective?

Please contact us immediately by email with a description and, if applicable, photos of the defect. We will quickly find a solution – replacement or refund.
