General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

§ 1 Scope

These GTC apply to all orders placed through the SilikonLust online shop. Deviating conditions of the buyer are not recognized.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The product presentation in the shop does not constitute a binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded only with our shipping confirmation.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices including statutory VAT. Shipping costs will be shown at checkout.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery is discreet in neutral packaging. See shipping policy for details.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal. According to § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 3 BGB, the right of withdrawal is excluded for opened sealed hygiene articles. See return policy for details.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the provider until full payment has been received.

§ 7 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 8 Youth Protection

Our products are exclusively for persons aged 18 and over. By purchasing, you confirm that you are of legal age.

§ 9 Applicable Law

German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

§ 10 Dispute Resolution
