Return Policy

For hygiene reasons, returns of opened or used products are generally excluded. This applies in particular to all items that have direct body contact. This regulation is in accordance with §312g para. 2 no. 3 BGB (exception to the right of withdrawal for sealed goods).

For unopened and originally packaged products, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the goods without stating a reason.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us within the 14-day period by email with your order number. We will then send you further instructions. Returns without prior agreement will not be accepted.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
